The cost of transporting luggage is the responsibility of the guest.

Until when is luggage transport guaranteed?

Luggage transport is guaranteed with the last cable car connection to Bettmeralp.

Cancellation charges

If you cancel up to 60 days before departure, no cancellation fees will be charged. In the case of short-term cancellation or early departure, 100% of the arrangement will be charged if the room cannot be re-let. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (ELVIA).
